Hello!

Quote: "And have been supported under trials and troubles of everkind, yea, and in all manner of afflictions; yea, God has delivered me from prison, and from bonds, and from death; yea, and do put my trust in him, and he will still deliver me." Alma 36:27

This week was great! We again had a ton of appointments cancel, which is fine, but we were able to pick up a couple new investigators so that was good! We are seeing success and finding and teaching new people, just not quite as many as we wanted or maybe expected so we are continually humbling ourselves to work in the Lord's time and His way! I don't have a ton of time to write because we have an appointment soon. This week we had a member feed us and we had a plan to help them feel the missionary spirit and commit them to bear their testimony in fast and testimony meeting. We were going to ask a referral but they have been in this ward 35 years and have referred a TON of people. During the meal they were very good at directing the conversation to places other than missionary work and avoided talking about it which was kind of frustrating. But we must have said or done something to help them because the Mom of the family got up and bore her testimony in church without us asking and then she sent us a referral today over text!!! haha SOOOOO cool! Big miracle there! Also our district sang in sacrament meeting yesterday. One of the members of the bishopric kinda opposed to us doing one since it was fast and testimony meeting, but the Bishop told him to let us do it. And we did it and the ward completely ate it up! They LOVED it! The first like 10 testimonies were about the Spirit they felt during our musical number. Pretty cool! Those were some fun things that happened this week. Then today we went to our mission leadership council which was great as usual! Great week! Our new focus is revelation through church attendance and teaching people, not lessons. We are excited! The Lord's work is pushing forward! The church is true! Have a great week! Praying for you all!
